Easy Backlinks for Writers-InfoBarrel

After we get a few links from HubPages, let’s hop over to InfoBarrel and repeat the process. YES!! We are going to write more stuff. I really hope to like to write because it really is a never ending cycle.

InfoBarrel works the same general way that HubPages does. There are a few differences though. There is no scoring for dofollow links and all the Barrels (what they call the articles) are moderated which normally takes a day.

They run a monthly contest as well so if you like competing here is another place for you to do it. I’m not very competitive I do not care if I get the most points or the most articles written. I just do my thing and leave it at that.

InfoBarrel seems to get indexed a little faster than HubPages but with the delay to have your article approved if you submitted the two at the same time you’d probably end up with about the same amount of time to get indexed.

Trying to get backlinks is important but it is also something that is a little annoying. As I said earlier you will just keep looking and getting and finding and writing until you have all the backlinks there are to get. It will pretty much take forever.

Hopefully you have forever to do it. I plan to do it faster though it should only take me 30 million years which is much less than forever, at least I think it is.

I hate to break it to you but there are many more places than just HubPages and InfoBarrel for you to get links from. I doubt if I’ll have the energy to go through them all but I’ll try to get through a few more before I get distracted and wander off. At least I’ll get through this one since it is almost finished.

The number of places to get easy backlinks for writers is unlimited at last count. Article Directories seem to be the new thing. Everybody wants to have one of their own to run. That’s too much work for me though. I’ll stick with writing for those other people that way if I feel like taking a day off nobody is going to be hurt by it.

I wonder if Google will have to do something about that. Once something becomes popular they seem to try to “fix” it so it can’t be abused. All we can do is wait and see. It is an interesting journey that we are on.

The really fun part is once you get all these links going into your website or blog, you can get backlinks for your backlinks. Told you it would take forever.
